- Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for forwarder nomination, request for information/quotation, and vendor registration forms, streamlining and standardizing processes.

- Review and approve quotations and purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company budgets, policies, and procedures.

- Conduct supplier performance evaluations and implement improvement plans, focusing on specific KPIs such as on-time delivery, defect rate, purchase price variance, and quality of goods, as required.
