Dr. Biltayib Misbah Biltayib is an assistant professor in the faculty of petroleum engineering at the Australian University. He holds an MSc from Miskolc University in Hungary and a Bachelor's degree from Bright star University in Libya.

Dr. Biltayib had 9 years of industrial experience as a drilling and workover engineer. He also served as a trainer for petroleum engineering graduates and was a member of the management committee for HESS Libya Offshore Area 54 Exploration Company (Hess Libya Exploration Limited) in 2008.
