I graduated from the Notre Dame University with a bachelor’s degree in banking and finance. I hold many certificates from the central bank of Lebanon in addition to other certificates in insurance, management and sports which helped me improve greatly in my career.

I am a strategic thinker with the ability to think outside the box, coupled with over 10 years of experience in the banking and financial field, I learned to work efficiently with people from all different backgrounds, cultures and personalities to come up with creative solutions ensuring the satisfaction of all clients and the workplace.

The economic crisis that my country was and is still going through which affected the banking sector, taught me how to communicate adequately and how to manage stress and difficulties while being put under pressure. I am also a strong negotiator due to having a deep understanding of the financial industry.

In addition to the previous, I was nominated the best employee of the year among 2500 staff members and from the top 5 performers in the SME field due to my hard work, flexibility, and enthusiasm. I go the extra mile to get the job done. I am a team player as well as am I capable of working solo.
