Involving in new project executions, Pre-commissioning, and Commissioning activities like Equipment installation, Preservation, MRT, SAT, Solo run test and Turbine OST. • Ensuring the required engineering standards API, ASME, ANSI and company technical assurance practice for new installed rotating equipment. • Participating FEED engineering team along with PMT and PMC for analysing technical requirements of rotating equipment as per the process requirements. • Participating PSSR audit Team to evaluate the installed Rotating equipment as it meets the process requirements, standard safety, and adequate access for maintenance. • Preparing step by step procedures for Pre safety start-up of Rotating equipment. • Interacting with OEM vendors for project equipment related support and queries. • Identifying spares and initiating PO for Commissioning, One year, Capital spares and Overhauling spares.
