I taught grades 2-11 as well as the Intermediate Phase (grades 4-6). Six years in Kuwait (Cambridge, US Curriculum) and five years in Saudi Arabia (International Baccalaureate). I am fully qualified to teach the South African National Curriculum (CAPS), the International Baccalaureate, Cambridge, Common Core, and the North American Curriculum. As part of my Bachelor Degree, I completed an Advanced Information and Technology Certificate for Educators, a Higher Diploma in Education (IV), and a full module in computers at U.W.C. (University of Western Cape). At my previous school, I also received my International Baccalaureate Certificate, which is an internationally recognized teacher accreditation. I am a dedicated teacher, an innovator, a visionary, and a versatile leader who exhibits efficiency and professionalism in all areas. I will uphold the school's ethos and, with my vast experience, which I will constructively share with my colleagues at school, help to develop the school holistically. I am always eager to learn new things and stay current on educational trends. I am currently working on my M.Ed. I am a hard worker who is passionate about teaching and always strives to do my best. I am very caring and compassionate in my approach towards the learners placed in my care. I am always willing to help with curricular and extracurricular activities at school. I enjoyed and contributed to the athletics team, as well as other sports. In the past, I have enjoyed participating in and assisting learners with hockey, rugby, soccer, netball, and catering.
