• Foreman Mechanical Maintenance, KIPIC - KUWAIT
  In charge of the Atmospheric Residue Desulphurization (ARDS) Process Unit in the Al-Zour refinery.
  • Lead a team of 20 workers to carry out preservation activities in the newly constructed process unit.
  • Compile Pre-Startup Safety Review (PSSR) audit punches to present to the Contractor.
  • Facilitate with the on-going Pre-commissioning and Commissioning activities. 
  • Coordinate with the Planning and Warehouse team to arrange for tools and materials required on field. 
  • Produce daily progress reports of the activities carried out on site.

An industry linked project for my dissertation in University.
Development of a manufacturing method of styrene foam for use in small-batch refrigerated vehicles.
• Provided an appropriately simplified methodology for measurement, design and manufacturing process.
• Implemented cost effective and efficient methods as substitutes for current systems.
• Proposed technically sound alternatives to currently used techniques.
• Refined a fit for purpose system with iterative input from the company.
• Held trials of the system and made improvements to the functionality.
• Recommended further areas of research and development.

Project overseen by Mr. Takeyuki Furuhashi, a global Supply Chain Management (SCM) expert from Japan International-Cooperation Agency (JICA).
