    • DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Up to date with the latest designs trends.
    • Has knowledge of Adobe programs
    • Works alongside the content creator, copywriter, and the art director to create attractive and impactful graphics, content assets, websites, and landing pages.
    • responsible for bringing design solutions to life that adhere to marketing strategies and business goals.
    • Study design briefs and determine requirements.
    • Deliver effective, aesthetic, on-brand, and on-strategy creative for websites, web pages, product graphics (including art direction of photography), email promotional creative, email templates, social media graphics, and banner ads.
    • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
    • Create authentic creative design work to boost brand recognition, grow our audience, attract more potential customers and drive revenue.
    • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
    • Ensure final design are visually appealing and on-brand.
    • Ensure brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.
    • A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
    • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
    • Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
    • Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
