    Job Duties & Responsibilities:
    Develop and lead marketing strategies aligned with business goals and brand direction, taking ownership from planning to execution.
    Actively manage the company's brand positioning, identity, and communication across all channels.

    Take full responsibility for marketing accounts, coordinating closely with internal teams, clients, and departments to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and effectively.

    Plan, create, and publish content for social media, websites, email, and other platforms, ensuring high engagement and alignment with brand voice.

    Oversee and directly manage ad campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.), including setup, optimization, and performance tracking.

    Collaborate hands-on with designers and agencies to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and marketing materials, ensuring deadlines and standards are met.

    Review, approve, and, when needed, actively contribute to creative assets to maintain consistent brand voice and quality.
    Plan and execute marketing activities, including events, partnerships, and promotions, taking personal accountability for results.
    Manage budgets, timelines, and resources across multiple campaigns, ensuring efficiency and ROI.
    Analyze campaign data and performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve outcomes.
    Stay actively updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new marketing tools to drive innovation.
    Demonstrate a proactive, hands-on approach in all aspects of marketing, taking initiative to solve problems and deliver results.


    Qualifications Required:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    5+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or digital advertising.
    Proven experience managing multiple accounts or brand portfolios.
    Hands-on experience in social media, performance marketing, and tools like Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics, and Canva.
    Excellent communication and project management skills.
    Excellent content creation skills, including writing, storytelling, and visual content planning.
    Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design and brand consistency.
    Bilingual (Arabic and English).
