    Over the last 20 years, Give has partnered with hundreds of companies from large ones like ICICI, HDFC, TCS, Google, Microsoft, Amex, KPMG, Coca-Cola to new age start-ups like Flipkart, Ola, Myntra and others to shape the employee giving narrative across When COVID hit India, we launched the India COVID Response Fund (ICRF) and partnered with various institutions globally to deploy over 800 Crores of Institutional Giving (CSR, Foundation Grants & Employee Giving). Building upon this work, Give launched its Institutional Giving platform in late 2021 with the objective to make Institutional Giving bigger and
    We believe that India needs institutional giving at significant scale, and with far better impact outcomes to solve for India s SDG challenges and investment Based on our experience of Covid Relief, where we rapidly created opportunities and solutions for mobilizing and effectively deploying hundreds of crores, we believe we can be an end to end giving partner for institutions spanning strategy, design, deployment, compliance and impact ;
    In pursuit of these goals, in Oct 2022 Give acquired the CSR business of Goodera . Goodera works with 50+ corporates to manage their CSR projects using a market leading tech platform, and a wide range of CSR advisory Goodera s 70 member CSR team and Give s 25 member institutional giving team came together to create Give|Grants, and currently supports 100+ Indian corporates in their giving
    Give|Grants go to market strategy is sharply focused on making CSR giving better in Our offerings include -
    1. a comprehensive SaaS platform for grant management, monitoring & evaluation and compliance
    2. services for partner identification, monitoring, evaluation, impact reporting, compliance and impact assessment
    3. ability to be an end to end extended CSR team for our client

    Role

    Designation: Senior Director, Service Delivery, with end-to-end ownership of all delivery outcomes and teams
    Reporting to: Head, Give|Grants
    Location: Work from home, with frequent travel to Bengaluru and other Indian cities

    Responsibilities

    1. Delivery excellence:
      1. Complete responsibility for quality of delivery: SLA adherence, client and implementation partner NPS, adherence to budgets and timelines
      2. Day to day management of delivery challenges
      3. Extensive project planning, resource planning and assessment of project risks and their mitigation
      4. Project tracking and reporting internally, and to clients
      5. Quality and rigor of impact reporting
      6. Compliance with the relevant legal and regulatory provisions for CSR, for nonprofits and with client specific standards
    2. Financial management:
      1. Responsible for managing delivery margins using all possible levers of pricing, utilization and planning
      2. Active participation in the pre-sales process to judge feasibility and pricing
      3. Ongoing tracking of budgets vs reality across the entire delivery organization
    3. Future roadmap:
      1. Active contributor to the future product roadmap for the SaaS platform, with a deep understanding of the product s features, capabilities and limitations
      2. Conceptualization of new service offerings based on market needs and internal capabilities
      3. Constant alignment with the mission of maximizing social impact
    4. Growth:
      1. Extensive client interactions to manage relationships, expectations and escalations
      2. Responsible for revenue growth from existing relationships
      3. Engage with stakeholders via workshops, roundtables, events and more to help guide their CSR strategy and their giving journey
      4. Actively partner with sales and marketing teams for new opportunities, via impactful and targeted solutions, collateral and proposals
    5. Team excellence:
      1. Manage and grow a 90 member team organized in 5 different pods, with continuous hiring and training
      2. Build a delivery organization aligned with the culture and mission of Give
    6. Social impact:
      1. Build the capabilities to understand, measure and report social impact to help guide CSR decision making
      2. Extensive interaction with implementation partners (NGOs / social enterprises / for profit vendors) and the larger social impact and CSR ecosystem to help CSR decision makers focus sharply on maximizing impact from their grants
      3. Serve as a public champion for our cause and establish our credibility as a platform
    7. Leadership:
      1. Be a part of the leadership team for Give, involved in the entire process of driving growth, culture and impact for the organization

    Profile

    1. An entrepreneurial mindset, with a very high bias for Executes effectively and efficiently, with natural comfort to be hands-on and with the willingness to jump in and do what is
    2. Prior CSR or social sector experience would be an added advantage, but is not However, a genuine intent to be a part of the sector is ;
    3. High comfort with technology, with the ability to engage deeply with product and engineering teams
    4. A collaborative, people focused leader with the ability to drive the culture of the team
    5. Comfortable with a target driven, performance driven environment that can often demand stretch hours
    6. Ambitious, with a history of consistently exceeding expectations and steep career growth curve
    7. Total experience of 15+ yrs, with at least 5+ years in a delivery leadership position
    8. Prior experience in business consulting firms, global service delivery firms or SaaS environments would be an added advantage
    9. Past experience of scaling a business unit from the ground up would be a strong positive
