1. Patient Assessment and Care: Perform thorough assessments and provide specialized nursing care to patients admitted to the Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) following major surgical procedures or requiring intensive post-operative care.
2. Monitoring and Intervention: Monitor patients' vital signs, hemodynamic status, and neurological function closely, intervening promptly to address any changes or abnormalities.
3. Ventilator and Respiratory Care: Manage mechanical ventilation for patients requiring respiratory support, including adjustment of ventilator settings, airway management, and suctioning as needed.
