    Position : Leadership Role

    Job Location : Mumbai

    Job Requirement:

    Career progression:

    • Implementation of talent processes
    • End to end ownership of all career advancement processes in the organization critical talent identification, promotions, transfers, assessments, This involves designing, branding, implementation, dashboard ownership of all of these
    • Creation of unique job families and their functional / behavioural competencies.
    • Spearhead creation of career paths for disciplines within the organization ensuring alignment across the
    • Identify relevant and robust assessment tools for talent identification

    Succession Planning:

    • Lead the coordination with line managers and Business Leaders to identify potential key roles/jobs, determine need of successors, and identify current incumbents in key
    • Review periodically and monitor progress of organization-wide succession planning program, and recommend program adjustment

    Learning & Development:

    • Identify training needs in line with Job ladder, Positions' Job descriptions, Competency Model and performance reviews
    • Publish and implement training
    • Design and implement specific capability programmes for specific job

    Orientation (lateral, Trainees from campus programme):

    • Creating and manage onboarding program design, long term orientation ;
    • Identifying innovative and creative new ways to onboard new employees/reach a more scalable and measurable onboarding
    • Communicating with new recruits for providing them necessary information before their onboarding
