Identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage, risk during service delivery;
Prepare bit for the run;
Consult and support communication with Company-man, Rig-manager, directional- driller, mud-engineer, mud-logger;
Monitoring and Optimizing Drilling Parameters during bit run to achieve highest ROP and best performance in the field;
Dull-grades the drill bit immediately after the run and photographs the drill bit after the run according to the Smith Bits' Standard Operating Procedure (SOP);
