• Research and analysis of key risks within the digital fraud landscape; analysing, developing, building and testing new detection capabilities that utilise data and risk signals from device, behavioural biometric and cyber threat intelligence to recognise user persistency, threat indicators and behavioural anomalies;
• Develop product scope and definition for features on the Digital Trust product roadmap, working with all Feedzai teams (e.g. Research/Labs, Engineers, SME, Data Science, etc.) to ensure that technical and PRD documentation is managed through initiation to completion;
• Be responsible for actively managing customer feedback through a documented and tracked REQ's process, promoting resolution through the roadmap and providing evidence to demonstrate that key customer requests are progressing into the Digital Trust product releases;
