- Therapist Sourcing and Onboarding: Develop and implement effective strategies for sourcing and vetting new therapists, and onboard and train new staff members to ensure a seamless integration into our team.
- Service Development: Develop and implement detailed massage standard manuals, and create new spa services such as Meni Pedi and Facials to enhance our customer experience.
- Network Building: Build and maintain a network of therapist sourcing channels, and develop and implement effective vetting processes to ensure the highest quality of therapists.
- Proven experience in spa management and therapist sourcing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective strategies for therapist sourcing and onboarding
