    Working as a Speech and Language Therapist as part of the wider MDT within the Community Neurological Conditions Management Team, supporting clients with progressive and acquired neurological needs.

    Completing home based assessments as well as seeing clients in out patient settings.


    Demonstrate clinical expertise in the assessment, differential diagnosis, treatment and management of language, communication and swallow problems in adults with acquired disorders an d progressive neurological conditions, providing appropriate intervention and evaluating outcomes, within the community.
