- Assist the CFO in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial reports to the Central Bank of Kuwait and other regulatory bodies.
- Develop and implement efficient financial processes and procedures to streamline reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with the Accounts payable team to ensure vendor payment activities are coordinated effectively.
- Provide support and guidance to the Kuwait Global Business and Function teams on financial matters.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and Kuwait banking market rules.
- University Graduate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry.
- Working knowledge of the Kuwait banking market rules and regulations, including Central Bank of Kuwait reporting requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and influence at senior and peer levels.
- Proven ability to deliver change and process reengineering on a timely basis.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Kuwaiti National required.
