    We are looking for a reliable Dispatcher to be responsible for the effective daily coordination and monitoring of delivery activities through timely and accurate dispatch duties. The ideal candidate must be primarily an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed especially during emergency situations. You must be able to multitask as well as take the appropriate action with little supervision.

    • To assign ready orders to drivers taking in consideration distance of delivery locations and timings but also considering any other factor that could delay the task using the computer and/or mobile phone.
    • Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule.
    • Coordinate work assignments and daily schedules with drivers and other department personnel.
    • To maintain a fluid and constant communication with drivers shoppers managers (operations staff) in order to find solutions in a minimum time to any situation/problem with deliveries.
    • To inform clients about their delivery status mainly if an order will have a delay or delivered before requested time.
    • To organize record and maintain all necessary files/documents required to track the company activities.
    • To do cash reconciliation with drivers at end of the shift passing the information to account department and handling the cash as per accountant instructions.
    • Maintain a safe work area and focus on safety to reduce the opportunity for injury to self or others.
