    Responsibilities:

    Promote a culture which delivers a personalized digital approach for all company teams globally.

    Collaborate with key partners within COE such as the Pillar Lead, Project Managers, and other colleagues across Group Functions Technology the HR Pillars such as Employee Experience, and other team members.

    Work closely with the Business Systems Analysts in Group Functions IT in relation to any in flight initiative or project.

    Create and deliver business requirements, user stories, test scripts, success criteria and technical documentation, in a manner which supports incremental delivery.

    Conduct meetings and connect with various stakeholders to review requirements and documentation, understand objectives / outcomes and clarify the needs or impacts to the business and/or learning technology systems.

    Perform need/impact analysis and estimations of timing for business requirements, user stories creation and testing.
    Work with team members to analyze and identify root cause of system defects.
    Perform functional testing to confirm success, identify issues and ensure successful remediation of issues.

    Identify opportunities for optimizing business analysis effectiveness, as well as refining and adapting our processes to deliver changes more efficiently.

    Develop business analysis tools and templates to contribute to the repository of resources to support the COE.

    What you will need to succeed:
    Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
    5+ years proven track record as a Business System, or Technical Analyst; CBAP designation would be an asset.
    Previous experience working with on waterfall, agile or hybrid projects.
    Ability to appropriately plan and organize; prioritizing tasks for multiple concurrent initiatives for yourself.
    Solid written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
    Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    Ability to perform effectively under pressure, managing competing and/or conflicting demands in a matrixed environment. Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative in pursuing departmental responsibilities.
    A detail-oriented mentality with deep technical, analytical, conceptual, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
    Highly skilled in the use of Excel, MSWord, JIRA and PowerPoint.
    Ability to perform research work and incorporate industry standards in the development of business analysis initiatives.
    Ability to consolidate data/information in a digestible format for review by varying audience levels.
