- Lead our Sales compensation function, which designs and administers variable incentives for all quota-carrying roles in partnership with our CRO, Sales Leads, and RevOps leadership.
- Leverage your team to improve the scalability and efficiency of our commissions processes and systems.
- Partner closely with go-to-market leadership to identify ways to improve business execution through incentive design or other strategic means.
- Drive governance and stakeholder approvals of quotas for all variable compensation roles.
