- Defining the technological vision, roadmap, and strategy for all company applications (primarily SAP-driven)
- Owning end-to-end IT Change Management processes, particularly related to ERP evaluations and strategies
- Providing guidance and supervision across application requirements, deployment, development, and maintenance
- Overseeing the selection and implementation of applications
- Supervising the application testing phase
- Leading the Business Intelligence strategy and its development
- Ensuring alignment of all application designs with enterprise architectural standards
- Evaluating and recommending alternative design solutions
- Leading the complete software development and implementation lifecycle
- Offering leadership in resolving business data management challenges
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT management, focusing on applications portfolio management
- Proven track record of guiding an IT team through technological changes and fostering innovation
- Demonstrated ability to oversee a portfolio of intricate business applications within a team
- Familiarity with the company's existing suite of applications, as well as expertise in business intelligence tools and development
