Job Overview:
To provide high-level support and coordination efficiently and on time. This role includes managing 3 direct reports, the Country Manager, and the Founders. As a crucial part of the team, this role will handle daily tasks that are part of the executives' responsibilities, freeing them up to focus on leadership and strategy.
Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main contact between executives and internal/external contacts
• Assist in scheduling, arranging meetings, and sending reminders
• Coordinate travel plans
• Take notes and manage data accurately
• Create reports, presentations, and briefs
• Establish and maintain an effective documentation and filing system
• Compose, review, and send communications on behalf of company executives
• Organize and get ready for meetings, including document preparation and logistics
• Maintain records and documents for company executives
• Ability to work collaboratively across different locations and time zones, building strong relationships effectively
• Manage multiple tasks while ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Quick learner with a proactive mindset
• High level of empathy and mindfulness in interactions
• Consistent and organized follow-up, maintaining preparedness under pressure
• Accountability in staying on top of tasks and responsibilities

Requirements

• Thorough understanding of office management systems and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Skilled in PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent planning and time management abilities
• Knowledge of latest office technologies and applications
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities
• Discretion and respect for confidentiality
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable Fiber Optic internet with minimum 25 Mbps speed
• Backup desktop or laptop with up-to-date OS
• Availability from 8AM-5PM (Asynchronous)
• Willingness to report to our Makati office as needed
