Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Secretary located in Sharq.
The Secretary will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks, providing executive support, maintaining organized records, and facilitating effective communication within the organization.
The role also involves engaging professionally with clients and colleagues, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting company secretarial duties such as documentation, scheduling, research, and report preparation.
QualificationsStrong clerical skills, including document organization, record-keeping, and basic office management
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with team members and clients
Experience in company secretarial work and executive administrative assistance
Customer service abilities to assist clients, address inquiries, and maintain positive interactions
Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and a high level of organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, handle sensitive information with confidentiality, and work in a dynamic environment
Previous experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
Bachelor's degree or relevant professional certification is a plus
Fluent in Arabic and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
Strong skills in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and other artificial intelligence platforms.
