    Roles & Responsibilities:

    Managing the day to day administration of the system and liaising with the electronic document management system (EDMS) to resolve problems and improve the effective running of the

    Ensuring the adherence to the processes and procedures and providing guidance when deviation
    Performing a comprehensive quality

    Performing periodic quality checks to the system

    Supporting the team on routine and ad hoc project- wide

    Producing quantitative, status and analysis

    Managing Windows, Linux, or Mac

    Upgrading, installing, and configuring application software and computer

    Troubleshooting and providing technical support to

    Creating and managing system permissions and user

    Performing regular security tests and security

    1 Maintaining networks and network file



    Requirements

    1) Qualifications : Com/MSC

    2) Experience` : 1 to 3 years

    Must have good knowledge of MS Office packages especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and

    Experience of supporting programme/ project focused teams in property or construction

    Strong document organisational

    Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities in a high volume
