- Provide expert guidance and support to clients on the use of IBM SPSS software
- Work with clients to understand their business requirements and develop customized solutions using IBM SPSS
- Conduct training sessions on IBM SPSS software for clients and internal staff
- Write technical documents and create presentations to explain data analytics systems and processes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in statistical analysis
- Collaborate with data security and privacy teams to ensure compliance with regulations and policies
- Participate in the development of project plans and budgets
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to statistical analysis
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and build repeat business
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience using IBM SPSS for statistical analysis
- Extensive experience in providing IBM SPSS consulting services to clients
- Strong background in statistics, including regression analysis and hypothesis testing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of programming languages such as R or Python is a plus
