- Someone who has been a product owner before within, ideally within a regulated industry
- Broad data understanding and/or experience
- Accomplished in Agile methodologies
- Exceeds at stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Financial services or insurance industry experience is beneficial
- Experience of working with digital channels / distribution channels / automation / Insurance policy administration software / 3rd party integration.

As a Product Owner, youll report directly into the Principal Product Manager. As it stands, theres 5 POs in the community of practice with a view to grow that to ~10 within 12 months. For a large organisation it has quite a flat structure which gives you lots of scope for implementing change and the autonomy that comes with that.
