    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

    Proven experience in sports and fitness marketing, preferably with a focus on collaborations with athletes and gyms would be an added advantage.

    Strong knowledge of the sports and fitness industry, including current trends and key players.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with athletes, gym owners, and other industry professionals.

    Creative thinking and a demonstrated ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.

    Proficient in social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing techniques.

    Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

    Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as in a team environment.

    Flexibility to travel and work outside of regular business hours, as required.
