    Job Title:
    HR Assistant Manager

    Company Brief:

    Our client is a holding group in Kuwait with several business divisions such as Industrial Services Facilities Management Energy Services Lighting Systems Building Technologies Engineering Furniture Logistics and Warehousing.

    They are seeking an experienced HR Assistant Manager to join their team in Kuwait.

    The HR Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing employee relations performance management and training initiatives.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Manage employee relations issues including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and grievance procedures.
    2. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies procedures and best practices.
    3. Lead performance management processes including goal setting performance evaluations and improvement plans.
    4. Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
    5. Coordinate training sessions workshops and seminars including scheduling logistics and participant communication.
    6. Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements or modifications as needed.
    7. Maintain accurate employee records related to employee relations performance management and training activities.
    8. Stay current on HR trends and best practices related to employee relations performance management and training.
    9. Collaborate with HR team members and other departments to support organizational initiatives and objectives.
    10. Assist with other HRrelated tasks and projects as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
    • 6 years of experience in HR roles with a focus on employee relations performance management and training.
    • Strong understanding of HR policies procedures and employment laws.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
    • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
    • Proven experience designing and delivering training programs workshops and presentations.
    • Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
    • HR certification (e.g. PHR SHRMCP) is a plus.
