- Calculate and process employee salaries, wages, overtime, and bonuses accurately and on time.
- Review and verify timesheets, attendance records, and other relevant data.
- Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues promptly.
- Assist in maintaining HR records, including personnel files and documentation.
- Maintain and update employee payroll and HR records, including personal information, deductions, and benefits.
- Process new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status.
- Generate and maintain electronic pay statements.
- Assist in HR reporting, including turnover, headcount, and other relevant metrics.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and HR-related matters.
- Assist employees with payroll and HR-related documentation and forms.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an HR Payroll Officer or a similar combined HR and payroll role.
- Strong understanding of payroll principles, HR regulations, and tax laws
- Proficiency in using payroll and HR software.
- Must have excellent excel skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
