    • Calculate and process employee salaries, wages, overtime, and bonuses accurately and on time.
    • Review and verify timesheets, attendance records, and other relevant data.
    • Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues promptly.
    • Assist in maintaining HR records, including personnel files and documentation.
    • Maintain and update employee payroll and HR records, including personal information, deductions, and benefits.
    • Process new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status.
    • Generate and maintain electronic pay statements.
    • Assist in HR reporting, including turnover, headcount, and other relevant metrics.
    • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and HR-related matters.
    • Assist employees with payroll and HR-related documentation and forms.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
    • Proven experience as an HR Payroll Officer or a similar combined HR and payroll role.
    • Strong understanding of payroll principles, HR regulations, and tax laws
    • Proficiency in using payroll and HR software.
    • Must have excellent excel skills.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • High level of integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
