- Oversee design team/project delivery
- Develop relationships with clients and service partner
- Implement business strategies
- Coordinate projects with other design disciplines
- Lead the preparation of proposals/presentations
- Develop project scope, budget and schedule of new projects
- Manage project deliver, invoicing and financial performance
- Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC/ABET accredited program
- 12+ years of design/construction experience
- PE License or ability to obtain within 12 months of employment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Experience with Deltek or other project management and accounting software
