- Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials including brochures banners social media posts and website graphics.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop and implement design concepts that align with our brand identity.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual style.
- Stay uptodate with design trends and industry best practices to continuously improve the quality of our designs.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are properly executed and meet the required specifications.
- Manage multiple design projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into the final designs.
- Collaborate with external vendors such as printers and photographers to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Conduct research and gather inspiration to inform the design process and generate new ideas.
- Preferred Candidate:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles typography and color theory.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with crossfunctional teams.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and incorporate it into your designs.
- Knowledge of printing processes and specifications.
